SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We will mail out your parcel the next working day after your payment being verified. A notification with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Kindly note that delivery will only be carried out during working days - Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. You will be receiving your item in 1-3 working days. Please note that you will be required to sign for delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply on the 3rd attempt. 

What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?

We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM130 (except for backorder items with different order numbers)

For orders below RM130, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:

RM11/East Malaysia

Do you provide COD/Self Collection?

We don’t provide COD for now but we do offer self-collection at Mode Inn, Icon City which is located at Bukit Mertajam, Penang with extra RM2 charge. 

Lost of parcels/ late deliveries?

We will not be liable for any delayed delivery of your parcel as this is under the responsibility of the third party postal service providers. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party services should be directed to the third-party. However, if you need our assistance we would be more than happy to help. 


RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?

We currently accept returns & exchanges for regular priced items only in exchange for store credits (except Sales, Free Size Items, Intimates, Swim wears and Accessories). Please email us at hi_sundaymornings@hotmail.com and send back your item(s) within 7 working days of receiving the item specifying the order number and the item you wish to return in comply with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for return, your returned item/s must be:
Defective merchandise
Incorrect merchandise

*subject to stock availability and we will only reimburse postage fees if the returns are for defective items only. However, we will not be able to reimburse postage fees if the returns are for size exchanges.

Faulty/ Incorrect Products?

If the product you receive is faulty, do contact us asap with your order number, and a description of the defect, as well as supporting image(s). Replacement arrangement for a defective product will be made on our side, with shipping fee borne by Sunday Mornings.

Do note that product image may differ slightly from the actual product received. Please refer to our Return Policy.


LAUNDRY CARE

1) Do note that gentle handwash is advised for all apparels to prevent the apparels from going out of shape/shrinking.

2) Pieces should be lightly washed without prolonged periods of soaking to prevent discolouration or colour run.

3) Do wash apparels in cold water instead of warm/hot water to prevent shrinking.

4) Wash the new apparels separately from the rest for the first time to prevent the clothes from getting stained if there is a colour run.

5) For cotton/apparels with cotton content, do not spin dry to avoid shrinkage/damage.

6) Do not use bleach on stained areas.

7) Iron chiffon/delicate pieces on low heat settings. Pieces made of suede/with embellishment/embossing must be ironed inside out.


ACCESSORIES CARE

1) Do not place jewellery in direct contact with perfume.

2) Store jewellery in non air exposed container to prevent rusting.
