1) Refund will only be done for faulty/ incorrect item(s) in its original condition (tag attached *if any*, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
2) The customer bears all responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged properly and mailed via a trackable shipping method within 7 working days. Sunday Mornings will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
3) We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
4) Sale and free size item is strictly non-exchangeable/ refundable.
The actual colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original. Such situations are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colors. Request for return will not be entertained.
We strive to provide all measurements as accurate as possible. However, discrepancies may still be present due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process. Kindly note that items will only be considered as faulty if the measurements fall outside the range of 1” circumference.
Products with minor imperfections that do not affect the appearance and function of the products, that may occur in mass manufacturing of garments, are not deemed as defective. This includes, but is not limited to, slight asymmetry; slight misalignment; loose thread ends; slight stains; slight scratches; tiny holes <2mm.
All return items must be in their original condition, deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange will be rejected duly.
*Whether item is eligible for an exchange/return will be determined based on discretion by staff of Sunday Mornings.
*A full refund (for defective items)/store credits will only be issued once the items are received and verified to be in the state which is eligible for refund/credits. In cases whereby the item returned is not eligible for a refund/credits, the postage costs would be borne by the customer. Sunday Mornings will not bear the costs of returning the item back to the customer.
